This module will focus on the implications of wildlife trade and biodiversity loss specifically on infectious disease emergence and the different upstream strategies to prevent and manage zoonotic spillover events.

This module will provide key principles and pointers for designing and implementing transdisciplinary research and translating One Health knowledge into action.

This module will demonstrate how the social sciences and the humanities can enrich understanding of One Health challenges and enhance One Health solutions through deep consideration of the social, cultural, political, behavioral, and ethical aspects of issues at the human-animal-environment interface.

This module will explore the governance and economic challenges in implementing the One Health approach, including relevant institutions as well as legal and policy frameworks at local, national, and global levels.

This module will introduce core competencies that are required for One Health scientists and practitioners to enable cross-sectoral collaboration and effect real-world and lasting change, including principles in leadership, management, communication, diplomacy, and advocacy.
