Leadership for One Health
This module will introduce core competencies that are required for One Health scientists and practitioners to enable cross-sectoral collaboration and effect real-world and lasting change, including principles in leadership, management, communication, diplomacy, and advocacy.
Objectives:
- Explain the basics of One Health management.
- Describe the different communication methods in promoting and engaging the One Health initiative in communities
- Discuss the different advocacy strategies and how to implement them in the local and national setting
